Inquiries about the application of Title IX may be referred to the District’s Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR), or both.

How to Report a Concern or File a Complaint

  1. Tell us right away. Speak with any school administrator or contact the appropriate coordinator above.
  2. Submit in writing (optional but helpful). Use processes described in AC and KL. If the concern involves sexual harassment, see JBA/GBN.
  3. We will respond promptly. The District follows policy timelines, offers supportive measures as appropriate, and provides written outcomes consistent with policy and law.

You may also contact the U.S. Department of Education, Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to ask questions or file a complaint.

Accessibility & Language Assistance

  • ADA & 504 accommodations: Contact the Section 504 Coordinator for disability‑related aids, services, or alternate formats.
  • Language access: We will provide this notice and related processes in another language or format upon request.
